Wikileaks and the United States law
Abstract
The current article exposes the main questions that the United States doctrine has faced and responded to, regarding the Wikileaks case. The purpose is to determine which is the room for freedom of speech and press that the North American legal system safeguards, and whether Assange's acts and Wikileaks would be reprehensible.Keywords:
